Stay Home, Stay Safe
At the moment we feel
Like we are stuck at home
When in reality
We are actually safe
We don’t find it easy
Feel out of control
Messed up routines
And daily unknowns
But why don’t we take a minute
To appreciate what we have
Because others are missing out
And it is making them sad
Out frontline workers
Find it hard, every minute of every day
They don’t have the choice
To stay home, to stay safe
Missing out on their loved ones
At a time like this
When time is so precious
And life is a gift
So, we thank you workers
For the hard work you do
Please know we are grateful
And appreciate you
